Commencing at noon on Wednesday 19th August in an idyllic private garden on the outskirts of Petersfield.
I invite you into a space of movement, meditation, relaxation, re-connection, and restoration in a beautiful outdoors setting.
Join a small group – observing the necessary social distancing guidelines – in the heart of the Hampshire countryside for an afternoon of harmony and resonance.
The session will run at 2 hours and comprise yoga/movement, followed by a gong meditation.
The movement that we will do will not only provide innumerable physical benefits – helping develop mobility, flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, hormone balance, immune function, circulation, and so on; but it also primes the body and mind beautifully for a deep meditative state, facilitated by the gongs and the sounds of nature. To read more about gong meditations please click here.
Previous experience of yoga is not necessary.
Please wear loose or flexible clothes. You will need to bring a yoga mat (get in touch beforehand if you don’t have one), a bottle of water, and your presence. Please also feel free to bring whatever helps you to be comfortable: a blanket, a sheep skin, a camping mattress, a pillow or cushion for your head, and a journal if you wish.
Suitable for ages 12+. Full joining instructions along with directions will be emailed to registered attendees in the days prior to the event.
Please read the FAQ’s below for further information, or if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me. If you are not able to make this session, please drop me an email and join the newsletter because there will be more.
